In 2012 Cerámica Saloni obtained international ISO 14001 certification, which establishes the requirements for developing, implementing and maintaining an environmental management system, highlighting its commitment to controlling the environmental impact of its production process, with an emphasis on constant improvement. The development of an active environmental policy, beyond legal requirements, has enabled Saloni to issue a green claims statement (Ecological labelling type II) regarding the percentage of recycled material in our ceramics, according to UNE-EN ISO 14021, which has been validated and verified by Bureau Veritas.
